PLEASE NOTE THAT THE TERMS LISTED BELOW ARE FIRM AND COMPOUND WITH NO EXCEPTIONS.

ENTRY
I am aware that:

Registration will be guaranteed after full payment of the registration fee according to the methods indicated in the instruction that i’ll receive at the email address that i indicated in the form.

– Registrations and promotions will be made on a first-come, first-served basis until the number of places available for registrations (140) and promotions (60) is reached.

– Payments are non-refundable.

– By registering i fully accept the CCK regulations.

– to participate in the CCK Event, specific documents will be requested in the email I will receive after my registration. The required documents must be delivered to Check in duly completed and in original, signed on each page. In particular, for drivers under the age of 18 (minors), the following mandatory documents will be requested in original:

1) information pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree n. 196/2003 (Privacy)

2) Release of liability (to be signed on each page and by both parents)

3) authorization to participate in the event signed by both parents

4) non-competitive sports medical certificate of the minor

5) copy of identity document of both parents and the minor.

CANCELLATION / POSTPONEMENT. The CCK will take place only if at least 84 drivers have registered as required by the attached CCK Regulations. Otherwise, according to the CCK Regulation, the event can be canceled or postponed (any amount paid in the meantime by registered drivers will be refunded in the event of cancellation or retained in the event of postponement, unless an express request for reimbursement is made). If the event should go ahead as planned (minimum number of participants reached) and driver not show up to the event, she/he will lose what you have already paid.

COVID-19
The Organiser can cancel the event for COVID-19. What already paid by the registered drivers will be refunded.

DECLARATION. The partecipant declares to exonerate CCK SRL, the kart Supplier, the Circuit, the Stewards and any other person involved in the organization and promotion of the event, from any responsibility and/or damage deriving from his participation to the event, as well as the other drivers, employees or goods. I declare that I have read and understood the regulations and, in particular, by registering for the event CHAMPION CUP KART – INTERNATIONAL RENTAL COMPETITION

I declare:

1. to exempt CCK SRL, the Race Officials, the Owner of the track, the Supplier of the karts and all other people involved in the organisation and promotion of the race, from any and all responsibility and/or damage that may arise from my participation (or that of a minor, in the case of participation of a minor under my responsibility) in the race itself, as well as its drivers, employees or property;

2. to use (or to have the minor use, in case of participation of a minor under my responsability), during the Event, the required protective safety clothing (in particular, full face helmet and, in case of participation of a minor, the rib protector and the protective collar) and to comply (or to have the minor comply, in case of participation of a minor under my responsability) with the sporting rules and regulations specific to the event, exonerating CCK SRL, the Kart Supplier, the Race Officials, the owner of the track, all the people in charge of the organisation and all those who, for any reason, collaborate in the organisation and promotion of the Event, from any and all responsibility and/or damage that may arise from my participation in the event (or that of the minor, in the case of participation of a minor under my responsibility).

3. that I am attentive to my own safety and that of others (and that I have informed the minor in the case of participation of a minor under my responsibility)

4. that i have read and comply with the current regulations of the host facility and the safety regulations.

5. to sign this form as a sign of acceptance of the methods of data processing (also with regard to the minor, in the case of participation of a minor under my resposibility), specifically and expressly to the processing of the same in accordance with European Regulation No. 679/2016 and Legislative Decree 196/03 and subsequent amendments and integrations. and I expressly consent to the communication and dissemination of my personal data in accordance with the same Law (or those of the minor, in the case of participation of a minor under my resposanability) for purposes related to the organisation of the Event as well as for promotional and informative purposes or for the sending of editorial material related to it.

6. to approve unconditionally (also in the case of participation of a minor under my responsibility), pursuant to Articles 1341 and 1342 of the Civil Code, the Sporting Regulations of the Event CHAMPION CUP KART – INTERNATIONAL RENTAL COMPETITION.

7. The undersigned declares that compensation for any damage caused directly or indirectly by me or by the minor, in the case of participation of a minor under my resposibility:

a) to the facilities, karts and equipment;

b) to the other drivers;

c) to third parties, be they spectators or members of the organisation;

will be my total and exclusive responsibility, relieving CCK SRL from any responsibility regarding the happening and the occurrence of what is foreseen in the previous numbers, and holding it harmless from any request for compensation for damages that may be made to it by third parties for the above reasons;

8. to grant CCK srl permission without remuneration to use photographs, films and other material relating to my participation (or that of a minor, in the case of participation of a minor under my responsibility) in the event for informative or promotional or editorial purposes.

9. Pursuant to and for the purposes of the provisions of Article 1341 of the Civil Code, I, the undersigned (also for the minor, in the case of the participation of a minor under my resposibility), declare that I expressly approve the above points from 1 to 8.

SI PREGA DI NOTARE CHE I TERMINI ELENCATI DI SEGUITO SONO FERMI E COMPOSTI, SENZA ECCEZIONI.

ISCRIZIONE. 
Sono consapevole che:

– L’iscrizione sarà garantita dopo il pagamento integrale della quota di iscrizione secondo le modalità indicate nelle istruzioni che riceverò all’indirizzo e-mail che ho indicato nel modulo.

– Le iscrizioni e le promozioni saranno effettuate in base all’ordine di arrivo fino al raggiungimento del numero di posti disponibili per le iscrizioni (140) e le promozioni (60).

– I pagamenti non sono rimborsabili.

– Con l’iscrizione accetto integralmente il regolamento CCK.

– Per partecipare all’Evento CCK, mi verranno richiesti documenti specifici nell’e-mail che riceverò dopo l’iscrizione. I documenti richiesti devono essere consegnati al Check in debitamente compilati e in originale, firmati su ogni pagina. In particolare, per i conducenti di età inferiore ai 18 anni (minori), saranno richiesti i seguenti documenti obbligatori in originale:

1) informativa ai sensi dell’art. 13 del D.Lgs. n. 196/2003 (Privacy)

2) liberatoria di responsabilità (da firmare su ogni pagina e da entrambi i genitori)

3) autorizzazione a partecipare alla manifestazione firmata da entrambi i genitori

4) certificato medico sportivo non agonistico del minore

5) copia del documento di identità dei genitori e del minore.

ANNULLAMENTO / RINVIO. La CCK avrà luogo solo se almeno 84 piloti si saranno iscritti come richiesto dal Regolamento CCK allegato. In caso contrario, secondo il Regolamento CCK, l’evento potrà essere annullato o rinviato (l’importo eventualmente versato nel frattempo dai piloti iscritti rimborsato in caso di annullamento o trattenuto in caso di rinvio, salvo richiesta di rimborso; non saranno dovute spese di prenotazione del viaggio). Se l’evento dovesse svolgersi come previsto (numero minimo di partecipanti raggiunto) e il conducente non si presentasse all’evento, perderebbe quanto già pagato.

COVID-19. L’Organizzatore può annullare l’evento per il COVID-19. Quanto già pagato dai piloti iscritti sarà rimborsato.

DICHIARAZIONE. Il partecipante dichiara di esonerare CCK SRL, il Fornitore del kart, il Circuito, i Commissari Sportivi e qualsiasi altra persona coinvolta nell’organizzazione e nella promozione dell’evento, da qualsiasi responsabilità e/o danno derivante dalla sua partecipazione all’evento, così dagli altri piloti, dipendenti o beni.

Dichiaro di aver letto e compreso il regolamento e, in particolare, iscrivendomi all’evento CHAMPION CUP KART – INTERNATIONAL RENTAL COMPETITION

Dichiaro:

1. di esonerare CCK SRL, gli Ufficiali di Gara, il Proprietario della pista, il Fornitore dei kart e tutte le altre persone coinvolte nell’organizzazione e nella promozione della gara, da ogni e qualsiasi responsabilità e/o danno che possa derivare dalla mia partecipazione (o da quella di un minorenne, nel caso di partecipazione di un minorenne sotto la mia responsabilità) alla gara stessa, nonché dei suoi conduttori, dipendenti o beni;

2. di utilizzare (o far utilizzare al minore, in caso di partecipazione di un minore sotto la mia responsabilità), durante l’Evento, l’abbigliamento protettivo di sicurezza richiesto (in particolare, il casco integrale e, in caso di partecipazione di un minore, il paracostole e il collare protettivo) e rispettare (o far rispettare al minore, in caso di partecipazione di un minore sotto la mia responsabilità) le norme e i regolamenti sportivi specifici dell’evento, esonerare CCK SRL, il Fornitore dei Kart, gli Ufficiali di Gara, il proprietario della pista, tutti i responsabili dell’organizzazione e tutti coloro che, a qualsiasi titolo, collaborano all’organizzazione e alla promozione dell’Evento, da ogni e qualsiasi responsabilità e/o danno che possa derivare dalla mia partecipazione all’evento (o da quella del minore, nel caso di partecipazione di un minore sotto la mia responsabilità).

3. di essere attento alla mia sicurezza e a quella degli altri (e di aver informato il minore in caso di partecipazione di un minore sotto la mia responsabilità)

4. di aver letto e di rispettare il regolamento vigente della struttura ospitante e le norme di sicurezza.

5. di sottoscrivere il presente modulo in segno di accettazione delle modalità di trattamento dei dati (anche nei confronti del minore, nel caso di partecipazione di un minore sotto la mia responsabilità), in particolare ed espressamente al trattamento degli stessi ai sensi del Regolamento Europeo n. 679/2016 e del D.Lgs. 196/03 e s.m.i.. e acconsento espressamente alla comunicazione e diffusione dei miei dati personali ai sensi della stessa Legge (o di quelli del minore, in caso di partecipazione di un minore sotto la mia responsabilità) per finalità connesse all’organizzazione dell’Evento nonché per finalità promozionali e informative o per l’invio di materiale editoriale ad esso relativo.

6. di approvare incondizionatamente (anche in caso di partecipazione di un minore sotto la mia responsabilità), ai sensi degli articoli 1341 e 1342 del Codice Civile, il Regolamento Sportivo della Manifestazione CHAMPION CUP KART – INTERNATIONAL RENTAL COMPETITION.

7. Il sottoscritto dichiara che il risarcimento di eventuali danni causati direttamente o indirettamente da me o dall minore, in caso di partecipazione di un minore sotto la mia responsabilità,:

a) alle strutture, ai kart e alle attrezzature;

b) agli altri piloti;

c) a terzi, siano essi spettatori o membri dell’organizzazione;

sarà mio totale ed esclusivo carico, sollevando la CCK SRL da ogni responsabilità in merito all’accadimento e al verificarsi di quanto previsto ai numeri precedenti e tenendola indenne da qualsiasi richiesta di risarcimento danni che possa essere avanzata nei suoi confronti da terzi per i motivi di cui sopra;

8. di concedere a CCK srl l’autorizzazione, senza alcun compenso, all’utilizzo di fotografie, filmati e altro materiale relativo alla mia partecipazione (o a quella di un minore, nel caso di partecipazione di un minore sotto la mia responsabilità) all’evento per scopi informativi o promozionali o editoriali.

9. Ai sensi e per gli effetti di quanto previsto dall’art. 1341 del Codice Civile, il sottoscritto (anche per il minore, nel caso di partecipazione di un minore sotto la mia responsabilità) dichiara di approvare espressamente i punti da 1 a 8 sopra riportati.
